Als u op “vincentmortier@aict.be” klikt of zelf een e-mail stuurt, ontvangt AICT de gegevens die u in uw e-mail opneemt, zoals uw naam, e-mailadres en de inhoud van uw bericht. De website zelf verstuurt geen formulieren en slaat geen e-mailgegevens op.

When you click “vincentmortier@aict.be” or send an email directly, AICT receives the data you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. The website itself does not submit any forms and does not store email data.

Als u een afspraak boekt via de knop “Kennismaking inplannen”, wordt u doorgestuurd naar de boekingstool cal.eu (Cal.com, Inc.). Cal.eu verwerkt de gegevens die u invult in hun boekingsformulier. Dit omvat: naam, bedrijfsnaam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer (optioneel) en een vrij tekstveld “waar gaat dit gesprek over?”. Voor annulering of verzetting van een afspraak vraagt cal.eu een schriftelijke reden. Op het gebruik van cal.eu zijn ook de eigen gebruiksvoorwaarden en het privacybeleid van Cal.com, Inc. van toepassing. U kunt die raadplegen via cal.com/privacy.

When you book an appointment via the “Schedule introduction” button, you are redirected to the booking tool cal.eu (Cal.com, Inc.). Cal.eu processes the data you enter in their booking form. This includes: name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), and a free-text “what is this meeting about?” field. For cancellations or rescheduling, cal.eu requests a written reason. Cal.com, Inc.’s own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of cal.eu. You can consult them at cal.com/privacy.

Deze website wordt gehost op GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., een dochteronderneming van Microsoft). Bij elk bezoek registreert de webserver automatisch standaardtechnische informatie, waaronder uw IP-adres, het type browser, de bezochte pagina en een tijdstempel. AICT heeft geen directe toegang tot deze logboeken; ze worden bijgehouden door GitHub in het kader van hun hostingdienst.

With each visit, the web server automatically records standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, the page visited, and a timestamp. AICT does not have direct access to these logs; they are maintained by GitHub as part of their hosting service.

3. Waarom verwerken we uw gegevens?

Persoonsgegevens die u actief deelt — via e-mail of via cal.eu — worden uitsluitend verwerkt om:

  • uw vraag of bericht te beantwoorden;
  • een afspraak te plannen en voor te bereiden;

De rechtsgrond voor deze verwerking is het gerechtvaardigde belang van AICT (art. 6, lid 1, f AVG) voor het voeren van zakelijke communicatie, en precontractuele maatregelen (art. 6, lid 1, b AVG) wanneer u een offerte of samenwerking opvraagt.

The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of AICT (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for conducting business communications, and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you request a quote or collaboration.

4. Hoe lang bewaren we uw gegevens?

4. How long do we keep your data?

Persoonsgegevens worden bewaard zolang dat nodig is voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn verzameld. Gegevens van contacten waarbij geen zakelijke relatie tot stand is gekomen, worden uiterlijk 2 jaar na het laatste contact verwijderd. Gegevens van klanten worden bewaard gedurende 2 jaar na het einde van de zakelijke relatie, tenzij een wettelijke bewaarplicht een langere termijn vereist (bijvoorbeeld voor boekhoudkundige documenten).

Personal data are retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. Data from contacts where no business relationship was established will be deleted no later than 2 years after the last contact. Data from clients are retained for 2 years after the end of the business relationship, unless a statutory retention obligation requires a longer period (for example for accounting documents).

Microsoft Teams

Cal.eu maakt gebruik van Microsoft Teams voor de uitvoering van online vergaderingen. Microsoft verwerkt hierbij gegevens zoals uw naam en e-mailadres die gekoppeld zijn aan de uitnodiging. Raadpleeg het privacybeleid van Microsoft via privacy.microsoft.com.

Cal.eu uses Microsoft Teams to conduct online meetings. Microsoft processes data such as your name and email address linked to the meeting invitation. Consult Microsoft’s privacy policy at privacy.microsoft.com.

  • Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (see section 9).

Stuur een e-mail naar vincentmortier@aict.be met een duidelijke omschrijving van uw verzoek. AICT verwerkt uw verzoek binnen 30 dagen. Bij complexe of meervoudige verzoeken kan deze termijn met maximaal 2 maanden worden verlengd; AICT zal u daarover tijdig informeren.

Send an email to vincentmortier@aict.be with a clear description of your request. AICT will process your request within 30 days. For complex or multiple requests, this period may be extended by up to 2 months; AICT will notify you in good time.
